Flat toe seams
There is probably no greater item that can cause discomfort in a sock than a bulky toe seam. We use specially developed flat toe seams in all of our socks to ensure that you don’t even notice they are there.

Comfort toe seam
New technology, which has worked well in our circle of customers. Sewing the toe zone moved down so that the consumer does not feel the seam and does not see it.

Y-Heel Construction
A Y-heel is a feature introduced in the knitting of the sock that creates a slightly deeper heel pocket making the sock shape more anatomically correct. Y-heels serve to contour the heel of the sock more exactly to the foot and help reduce the incidence of the sock slippage into the shoe.

Reinforcement
The reinforced areas strengthen the sock and makes it last longer. It protects the sole of the foot, the heel and toes from abrasion and blisters. Also features a slight cushioning effect.

Graduated compression
Different levels of compression in the sock, highest around the ankle and then a gradual decrease further up on the shaft, prevent swelling and improve blood circulation.

Arch Support
An arch support is an added band of spandex that is knit into the sock in the arch area of the foot. An arch support serves two functions: providing support to the arch area of the foot and reducing slipping of the sock on the foot.

Thanks to special production methods, our products have colours that last and keep the shape wash after wash.

QUALITY CONTROL
We continuously perform quality control tests on our products to ensure quality, wearing qualities, colour fastness and durability when used and washed.

Cotton – Pure cotton and pure quality. It is soft and comfortable. It wrinkles easily, absorbs perspiration quickly, has good colour retention and is good to print on. Cotton is also strong and durable.
Mercerised Cotton has been treated to improve the luster and the ability of the cotton to absorb dye and water. The process had initially been
developed be John Mercer in 1851 and has been refined ever since. The result is a fibre with excellent wearing qualities.

Core-spun – Core-Spun yarns are made by twisting cotton fibers (98%) around an inner Lycra fiber (2%), creating one yarn. This process is used to enhance functional properties of fabrics such as stretch comfort strength, and durability.

Bamboo – Bamboo knitting yarn is a relatively new entry in the knitting world, but it has become quite popular very quickly, and with good reason. Bamboo is a beautiful natural fiber that wears well and is often considered natural antibacterial.

MicroModal – MicroModal® offers perfect fineness. The finest fabrics are as light as a
feather and naturally cosy next to the skin.
One can feel it best on one’s own skin: a super-soft and luxurious feeling. Socks of MicroModal® are something special.

Linen – For people that appreciate natural Materials. The linen socks have anti-allergic properties. In addition, the linen content transports excess heat and moisture away from the foot, and gently massages the foot.

Cashmere – Cashmere socks are the ultimate affordable luxury. Cashmere is has one other quality that makes it a perfect choice for socks, it is softer than any other material on the foot while wearing well.

Merino wool – Merino socks are known for their advantageous properties in a wide range of activities, from everyday wear to the demanding conditions of active wear. It is much finer than traditional wool making it smooth against your skin and more comfortable to wear. Merino wool is highly breathable and it wicks moisture away from your body, releasing it into the air. This helps to regulate your temperature keeping you warm in cold weather and cool in hot. The natural anti-microbial properties of Merino wool also make it odour resistant another big advantage over synthetic fabrics.

Wool/silk – Merino wool and silk are blended together to create a wonderfully soft hand with excellent moisture-management properties to keep feet comfortable and dry.

Wool/cotton – Wool is beside cotton the traditional fabric to produce socks. The insulating qualities make it so popular, especially for the Winter. Pleasant to wear due to finest cotton inside and wool outside maintaining a comfortable temperature.
